Terms, in plain English

This is the deal between you and [COMPANY] when you use Agent 11+. It is short on purpose.

What you get

Practice questions, mocks, reports and a game for your child. The free plan is free for as long as we run it. Plus costs £9.99 a month or £59 a year, with seven days free first. Cancel any time from Manage billing and you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.

What we promise

We try hard to make every question right. If one is wrong, tap "Tell HQ" or email us and we fix it. We do not promise a place at any school. Our practice score is our estimate, not the real test's score.

What we ask of you

One account per household, up to four children on Plus. Do not copy our questions to sell or publish. Keep your password to yourself.

Refunds

Cancel during the free week and you pay nothing. Ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it, no questions.

Your data

Covered in Privacy for parents. You can download or delete everything from Settings.

Changes and ending

If we change these terms or the price, we email you first. If we ever close the service, we give at least 60 days' notice and refund any unused yearly time.
